Cleaning and stripping of coat hangers for painting lines or nozzles, filters or breaker plates of plastic machine and other such parts used to require much labor and often damaged or costly parts. But there is a better way to do this: By heating these parts in a controlled atmosphere either on their own or in a fluidized bed of hot sand, the paints and plastics are transformed into gas and can then be thermically destroyed. This process is automatic, environmentally friendly and does not damage cleaned parts. It is a labour-saving and requires only a short cleaning time.
